Another 6 months and 3 days for 2020, but yet kereta tak terbang lagi, mihmihmih

And here I am, writing the very first post for 2019. Apakah? Kemana hilangnya 6 bulan pertama ni, ya Allah. Publication wise, I sent my paper to the first journal in April, and got the rejection email after 10 days of submission. Giler sedih!! Tapiiii....the journal is Q1 and the impact factor is too high. Orang kata kita kena aim high, hahahahaha. Tapi itulah, tinggi sangat tak tercapai beb. Maybe not this time, and I'll try some other time.
So dah dapat the first rejection, sedih untuk beberapa hari, lepas tu betulkan paper serba sikit, and sent to the 2nd journal in May. As for now, dah sebulan setengah after submission and still under review. Semoga Allah permudahkan untuk first paper ni. Aminnn.
Regarding the research itself, subhanallah. Susahnya! Terlampau banyak benda nak kena check, dan terlampau banyak benda aku taktau. The foundation for the simulation memang dah ada, tapi mcm mana nak masukkan benda yg aku nak implement dekat dalam the basic codes (tulis basic, but it is wayyyy more complicated)

Itu tak masuk lagi bab results comparison. Huhuhu...Sabar sulas, sabar. Kalau Phd tu senang, semua orang amik dan lulus dgn jayanya.
Rasa nak nangis dah lama, cuma tak tak nangis beria-ia je lagi. Dan untuk menambahkan lagi kesedihan, Reem dah nak balik Jordan, huhu. Lagi lah takde geng. Mereput la aku sorang2 dalam lab tu nanti, huhu. Maybe time tu aku nangis la kot.
I need to work harder on the simulation. Kena make sure before nak pergi cuti2 ke Europe tengah bulan 9 ni. Yeay cerita cuti is soooooooooo gembira! So perhaps next blog entry would be the trip to Europe. Buat masa sekarang, rough itinerary adalah London, then fly to Dublin, lepas tu drive ke Portmagee (Ring of Kerry), drive back to Dublin, fly to Poland (tak sure Warsaw of ke Poznan). Lepas tu back to London and KL. Tengoklah apa finalized itinerary nanti.

Banyak rupanya, hahahhaha. Collection of meals yang sempat diambil gambar. And plus, my total cholestrol level berjaya dikurangkan, daripada 6.0 ke 5.0 (ideal is below 5.2). Doktor dekat UM tu pun agak kagum sebab berjaya turunkan 1.0 level in 6 months. Tapi rasenye bukan pasal menu2 ni, tapi lebih kepada overnight oats yg aku makan time sahur bulan pose hari tu :)
Apa2 pun, I'm happy with the progress, and the fact that I'm updating this blog time tengah puasa (23 Syawal arini), tetiba nampak semua sedap, bwahhahahaha.

I got myself an air-fryer for my birthday, so ayam tu air-fried. Tak tau la marinate pakai apa, mesti ada madu tu, kicap and sos agaknya :p
Nasi goreng daging favorite, tapi cuba untuk kurangkan daging merah sebenarnya. But your are soooo delicious!
Tortila wraps with tuna, cabbage and taruk cheese. Kahwinkan dua keping wrap, letak atas pan, settle!

Breakfast roti Gardenia sedap dan mahal, whahahah.

Air-fried salmon and tempe, sawi tumis kicap dgn carrot.
Nasi putih, asam pedas ikan tenggiri (pes asam pedas segera, tak sedap pun, hahahahah...), and sawi jepun.
Air-fried chicken breast, sambal tempe+kentang+ikan bilis, salad kobis+carrot+kewpie roasted sesame dressing.

Air-fried chicken breast and french fries (buat sendiri punya), and sawi jepun tumis kicap.
Ni mesti kuah asam pedas tu aku frozenkan, ahhahahah. Makan dgn roti pita beli dekat Aeon Big. Tak best sangat roti ni, tapi sebab time tu tortilla wrap Missions tu habis, so beli je.
This is Tauhu Anora giler sedap! Bukan masak, tapi memang super-delicious tauhu ni.
Sup ayam with potatos and carrot, makan dgn meehoon. Sambal kicap ni Mira bagi (pakcik dia memang jual sambal kicap dalam botol)
Roti Gardenia sedap, topped with kuah spagetti bolognese (yg biasanya dibuat in big pot and frozen), taruk cheese and bayam. Toast them all, and serious sedap benda ni, tak tipu!
Tortilla dgn whatever inside, hahahaha... Memang nampak sehat kan?
Reem made these desserts! Husband dia datang and dia buat banyak. Akulah jadi guinea pig dia utk try food dia masak, hahahh.

Sup daging with meehoon . Berapa hari agaknya sup aku bertahan, bwhahahaha. Habis, masak sikit2 mcm tak berbaloi dgn masa, jadinya baik kita masak dalam kuantiti banyak sket, dan simpan. Jimat masa memasak.
Nampak sehat, tapi buat roti mcm ni tak sedap. Soggy!

Cek-mek molek yang sangat molek! Nak buat keria, takut time sira gula tu tak jadi. So the best bet is cek-mek molek.
Nasi putih, masak lemak tempe+sawi+carrot and sardin. Masak lemak tu tak mantap sangat sebab pakai serbuk kunyit. Kunyit hidup kalau beli mcm tak berbaloi sbb jarang benor masak pakai kunyit pun. Tunggu rumah sendiri nanti tanam kunyit sendiri ^__^

Tomyam sedap berapi! Ni buat satu periuk ni, 3-4 hari baru habis. Makan dengan nasik, maggie and meehon :)
Kadang2 dinner makan sup sayur je. Sedap ni!

Haaa.....my first trial of making chicken fingers (agaknya la). Chicken breast, potong memanjang gitu and marinate dgn salt and black pepper. Lepas tu, 1st layer coating dgn teping Bistari, pastu telur, pastu oats. Kenapa oats dan bukan bread crumbs? Sebab oat je ada, hahahahahhaha. Okla tu, nampak sehat.
I've tried two versions, with air-fryer and normal oil frying. Sesungguhnya, goreng pakai minyak memang sedap! HAhhahahahaha.
Nasi putih, telur dadar, tumis sayur with daging, and raw tomato.
Percubaan pertama buat pizza, pakai Missions pizza crust. Bolehlah nak layan, hahahaha. Tapi crust dia tu tak berapa tebal, so pizza tu jadi soggy sangat. Tunggu ada proper oven sedap sket kot buat pizza. Ni pakai convection oven yg mak fadz bagi tu mcm pening2 sket settingnya. Siap kuar asap, taktau kenapa.

My 2nd time making cek-mek molek. This time bagi dekat Reem, and she loved it! Siapa tak suka cek-mek molek kan? :)
Sup sayur je ke ko makan sulas omaigod! Ni mesti dinner ni.
Reem in action!! She made Korean ramen, and yes...she cooked in our lab (we don't have any equipment, just tables and stools).
Air-fried eggpplant (taruk garam, paprika and olive oil), keli sambal (ni mesti mak bagi bekal ni), and timun.

So called my potato salad, before kewpie salad dressing masuk. Kenapa bubuh kobis dan bukan lettuce? Sebab kobis tahan lama, ahhahaha.
Meehoon Singapore, telur mata, timun and apple. Rase dah ada menu ni, hemmmmmm... Mesti dah mati kutu.
Sambal sotong, permintaan Rai. Dia pegi Korea, sibuk order sambal sotong, sabo je.
Nasi putih, kari bawal, dan sambal ikan bilis. Sambal bilis ni nampak macam sambal nasik lemak mak je ni. Mesti mak bagi bawak bekal.

Ya Allah, teruknya lunch ko sulas! Ni mesti malas tahap dewa ni. Potong2 je kobis and timun, wallah! hhahahahahahah
