The Closing

2010 is approaching. Goodbye to 2009.

A lot of things happen in 2009. Bitter, sweet, sour, kelat, pedas, payau, hangit, cokelat, eskrem, and a lot of other flavors. I think 2009 started with bunch of good things. Work was fine, trip to US was superb, gatherings with friends were wonderful, family trip was awesome, cuti2 mesia were incredible, and lots of outdoor activities (with a lot of piccccaasssss too).

But somehow towards the end, there was an unexpected thing that turned my life upside down. Of course I didn't mind the up-side, but the down-side made me slumped, plummeted on the floor, and it causes the precious heart of mine shattered into pieces, and now being treated inside an incubator. And I pray that 'it' will be discharged soon.

Anyway, regardless of whatever my 2009 was flavored, I learned a lot (I mean A LOT!) of things. But here are the things that I'd like to share:

Be careful with what you wished for, because you just might get it after all

-I wished for one thing, and I wished it only once with all my heart (without even think of the consequences of the event if it did happen). I guess it was not even a do'a because it just crossed my mind one fine night. But it turned out to be exactly like what I wished for (even better!). So folks, be careful with what you wished for ;-)

Life is made of small pleasures
--> Talk to kids (especially 2-3 years old). You might be amused by their honest words.
Auntie Sul: Macam mana bunyi dog?
Abu Dzar: Woof woof
Auntie Sul: Macam mana bunyi bear?
Abu Dzar: Bear
Antie Sul + Auntie Lili: LOL!

--> Meow to a cat, like you said 'Hi' or 'Salaam' to people. You'll realize that the cat is able to understand your meow, heheh...try it!!

--> Pick a bunga jejarum, and stick out its stigma, and taste the nectar. It's sweet!! and absolutely fresh from flower ;p

And, the most important thing is......

Be happy
