This green looking noodle supposed to be normal mee rebus. An unfortunate event happened that made it looked green.
Rasa mee rebus ni, mcm biasa je sebenarnya. The problem was in its gravy. It is a bit purplish, due to purple keledek (sweet potato). Kombinasi warna purple dan warna kuning dari mee kuning telah menghasilkan mee kaler ijo.
Menu ni, dihidangkan oleh satu department kat opis ni utk jamuan hari raya diorg. In order not to offend the person who made this dish, I finished them quickly and moved to other dish (utk menghilangkan rasa 'trauma')
This reaction from yellow to green noodle, reminds me of Ferum III or Ferum II, which also reminds me of Cikgu Adanan a.k.a Danone.

Last aku jumpa dia kat fakulti elektrik, baru abis lecture. Dia jadi lecturer kt fakulti pengurusan x silap aku. Hebat cikgu kite :) hehe.
