Goodbye Email

Dear All,

I am MrX from DeptX.
Today would be my last day working in CompanyX.

First and foremost I would like to thank generally to all for your help during my time in CompanyX.

Secondly, I would like to thank specifically some people who really helped me during these 7 months:

- I would like to thank them for their understanding and helping regarding some of my "troubles" in DeptX.

Thirdly, I have some message to MR. XYZ

I would like to use this opportunity to advice MR XYZ regarding what I observe as his "inability to control his emotions".

This is a very dangerous disability as this could lead to workplace bullying, Psychological abuse and worst of them all verbal abuse (using profanities) to his subordinate
(Only god knows how you have damaged me psychologically…).

I do not mind if it was casual but when used with malice and intent to hurt someone, it really does impact me mentally.
Even worse is his hypocrisy, He can be friendly and cheerful with other people but say/do unreasonable things to his subordinate?
Maybe he needs a therapy for this.

Mr. XYZ might be an OK engineer but as a supervisor, he is among the worst I have ever seen/experienced.
People who think it is OK to scold his subordinate publically are just rude.
This tactic to make someone follow your orders may work with your family.
But please do not do this to your co-worker even if he/she is inferior to you.

Mr. XYZ is also someone who does not recognize other ideas other than his own.
It is very hard to work with someone who does not recognize new talent/ideas.
Instead, are we supposed to do everything according to his every whim?

Lastly, you always demand respect from people, but how can other people respect you if do not respect them back? Please respect other people first.

This is all I want to rant regarding Mr. XYZ. Often times I would imagine how it would like if I have not joined his "team" on the first day...
Mr. XYZ, Please X3 respect other people….

Having said that, I admit I also made mistakes during my experience in CompanyX. I would like to apologize sincerely for this.

Finally, I would like to wish everyone the best in your future undertakings, and do keep in touch.

I like the part where Mr. XYZ needs therapy, hihi...
I don't mind if someone who have resigned, wanted to pour everything inside his/her last email. But to send over to hundreds of people who don't even know you, and attacked his/her superior, is so mean.

I guess, both of them need therapy.
